AI Learning Path

Build the Skills, Strategy, and Confidence to Lead AI in Your Business

Why an AI Learning Path?

Most AI training breaks one of two ways. Free chamber and community sessions cover the basics but stop short of anything you can act on Monday morning. Enterprise programs cost $5,000–$25,000 and assume you already have a Chief AI Officer and a multi-million-dollar data budget. Neither one fits the founder, executive, or growth leader who needs to make real AI decisions in a real business this quarter.

Our AI Learning Path was built for the gap in the middle. Three focused courses — Foundations, Application, and Strategy — that ladder together or stand alone. Each one delivered live, in small cohorts, with hands-on practice and frameworks you can put to work the same week.

Walk in AI-curious. Walk out AI-capable.

Three Courses. One Coherent Path.

Tier 1: Foundations
AI ROI for Business

Build the vocabulary, frameworks, and hands-on confidence to lead AI in your business.

Duration: 4 hours, single session

Learning Objectives

  • Why AI is urgent right now, and the foundational concepts you need to speak the language confidently (types of AI, the AI value curve, agentic AI, RPA)
  • Hands-on Claude skills using the CRAFT prompt engineering framework, so you leave able to actually put AI to work
  • Where AI delivers real ROI in your business, across customer experience, decision making, and marketing and sales
  • How to build a technology-enabled strategy with data readiness, pain point analysis, and change management (Kotter’s 8 Stages, Gleicher Formula)

The course blends education, hands-on exercises, and strategic planning — moving participants from AI awareness through practical tool use to building their own AI-enabled business strategy.

Benefits of Attending

  • You walk away with an actionable AI strategy tailored to your business, ready to put to work right away
  • Real hands-on practice with Claude during the session, so the learning sticks
  • Frameworks for managing the people side of AI adoption, which is where most efforts quietly stall
  • Small cohort (capped at 20 seats) means real Q&A and personalized attention to your situation

The course blends education, hands-on exercises, and applied projects — moving participants from AI literacy into doing real work with AI inside their organization.

  • You leave with working AI Projects and at least one AI-powered workflow built around your actual business
  • Real hands-on practice creating, grounding, and iterating on AI tools — not theory

AI-Enabled Strategy Intensive

Build a defensible, executable AI-enabled organizational strategy.

For principals ready to build an organizational AI strategy and commit budget to real AI projects.

Duration: 6 hours, delivered as two 3-hour sessions on consecutive days

Learning Objectives

  • A modern organizational strategy framework that includes technology catalysts alongside traditional strategy drivers
  • How to systematically identify and qualify both pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled solutions within your organization
  • How to build and rank a portfolio of AI projects, with clear value propositions and ROI analysis

The course blends strategic framework, hands-on exercises, and portfolio construction — moving participants from AI literacy to a defensible, executable AI-enabled strategy.

Benefits of Attending

  • You leave with a draft AI project portfolio for your organization, rank-ordered with value propositions
